Basically, you get a fresh garlic clove, and mash it up
>in warm water. Then you strain this mixture (I use a small piece of silk),
>so that all you have is the water (no pieces of garlic). Snort about 5
>drops worth up both nostrils (I use a dropper) . It will sting! DO this 3 x
>a day, using a fresh garlic clove each time. You have to make it fresh.
>YOur sinus infection WILL go away in three days. Sometimes, mine have gone
>away in two. Good luck. Wendy

Salt water and garlic are both anitbiotics.
.1% Hydrogen Peroxide works well for sinus infections too and
doesn't smell as much.
