Govt Reform and Oversight Committee

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 5:32 pm

During the last congress(103rd) I sent a copy of my book, HOW I CURED MYSELF OF AIDS, to all 42 members of the Congressional Committee for the Reform and Oversight of Government Operations and several copies to the Congressional Library. I also sent th
em letters urging their investigation into the direction and strategy of the US AIDS research program.

I wanted a Congressional Directive from the Oversight Committee to force the NIH and NIAID to investigate Nutritional AIDS Therapies such as mine, Dr. Joan Priestleys and others. Dr. Priestley’s Nutritional Therapies have proven to be beneficial to hun
dreads of patients for over a decade. And I had been sending them my nutritional discoveries for over 4 years. Dr. Jariwalla, of the Linus Pauling Institute, and others had proven for over 10 years, that Vitamin C, even alone, was effective in arresting
the development of the so-called AIDS conditions. But they refused to investigate any nutritional strategy.

I recieved a letter from Congressman Steven Schiff(dated Oct.5,1994) and a copy of the letter he had recieved from Surgeon General Joycelyn Elders, on my behalf. Dr. Elders forwarded my letter to NIAID and requested that they respond directly to Conges
sman Schiff. They have never answered that directive. Apparently Congressman Schiff, and the Oversight Committee, has not taken their responsabilities very seriously. I believe they could all be very instrumental in assisting Congressman Gil Gutknecht(ne
w member of the Oversight Committee) in pressing for a Congressional Investigation into the US AIDS Agenda.

I would appreciate some assistance in "getting these other congressional representatives on the ball" or at least into the ball game. Therefore, I have included a listing of these individuals in hopes that you will "call them all to task about this unf
inished AIDS business from last congress".

There are 51 members of the 104th Congress Committee on Government Reform and Oversight. William F. Clinger(PA) is the Chairman and Majority Leader(R). Cardiss Collins(IL) is the Minority Leader(D). The Majority Committee, Ph(202)225-5074, Rm 2157 Rayb
urn House Office Building(RHOB), Washington, DC 20515. The Minority Committee, Ph(202)225-5051, Rm 2153 RHOB. There are 28 Republications, 22 Democrats and 1 Independent on the Government Reform and Oversight Committee. The members of this committee are

________________________________________________________________________

On a personal note I have a simple motivational tool I have used for some time: I keep in mind the figure that every 17 minutes someone else dies of AIDS, every hour 3 more people are dead, and every day 72 more people have died.(It may not be exact acco
unting, but it doesn’t matter for my purposes.)

I keep it simple so I can focus on my own agenda. Every night I look in the mirror and ask myself, "What have I done today, to stop the dying?". This leads to a daily evaluation of my progress and a re-evaluation of what my goals should be for the next
day. I also keep in mind, "If not me, then who? If not now, then when?

We can do a lot to focus attention on the need for a Congressional Investigation into the misguided practices of the AIDS Establishment. A personal phone call and a letter to every one on this committee might get them to thinking. Who knows, you might
actually get to talk to a congressman and explain the situation to him. We know he is misinformed and in need of enlightenment and directional motivation.

I suggest to you a motto for this group:

        If not us, then who?
        If not now, then When?
