Hi all
My year old daughter has an allergy to dairy products and I, myself, am yet
another person who sneezes, sniffs and itches after eating/drinking dairy
products … the only thing I really miss is rich and creamy yoghurt!
Can anyone confirm that a goat’s milk based yoghurt culture is available
and if it is in fact a genuine article where can I find this mystic item as
I would like to make my own.
Someone also mentioned a non goat’s milk chocolate which I drool at the
thought of but I have never found any.
Cheers
Lisa-Marie

It’s definitely available, and tastes pretty good, with an aftertaste
reminiscent of feta (or any other goat’s milk cheese, I suppose).
I don’t remember the brand name, but I bought it (for my cat, as it
happens) at a local health-food store. Call around.

Funny you call it ‘mystic.’ I believe Mystic Lake is one of the biggest West
Coast manufacturers.
