I purchased some Red Clover Tea and was curious what its supposed
effects/benefits are? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

 I take bee pollen processed by a company called Golden Pride/Rawleigh.
 I find it gives me increased energy. It is harvested from the high desert
region
in Arirzona and is very potent.

If you do take it start out with a small dose 250mg or less. Some people
are alergic to it.
It has given me increased energy and I have taken it with no bad effects
for
2 yrs.

           73 yrs. male with other health complications and  currently
using complimentary therapies,urgently requires an alternative to oral
prednisolone for the treatment of unilateral arteritis. The ’side
effects’ of current therapy are damaging an already unwell body, yet
reduction of dosage leads to severe facial pain  and needs to be held at
25mg daily. TCM acupuncture and chiro/osteo are contraindicated for
client reasons. Is there anything oral that someone has first hand
experience of prescribing (and working)?

I was taking 1750 mcg (providing 200 mcg of elemental chromium) twice a
day.  I was using the Metagenics brand.  I stopped, however, when the
report came out on chrominsomal damage to Chinese hamsters, indicating
that it could be a human carcinegin.  I’ve gained about three pounds since
stopping, and my diet’s been about the same, so I believe the chromium
picolinate had value as a ‘fat-burner’. That value is limited, of course,
if it kills you.
